How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@tassio.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return shipping instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Item
Pack your tube(s) securely and ship to the address we provide. Return shipping costs $4.99 USD, paid directly to the carrier. We recommend tracked shipping.

Step 3: We Process Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What We Accept
Tubes with at least 50% of the product remaining. All original packaging included. Returns initiated within 30 days of purchase.

What We Don't Accept
Tubes with less than 50% of the product remaining. Returns initiated after 30 days. Items missing original packaging.

Refund Amount
Full refund of the product price. The $4.99 return shipping fee is non-refundable.
