Free Shipping
All orders ship free. No minimum required.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Processing and delivery times depend on your location and carrier availability.
Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package through the carrier's website.
Address Requirements
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched. PO boxes are not accepted for most carriers.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance can add 5-10 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable you will be contacted to provide a corrected address. Reshipping costs apply. Refunds will only be issued after 60 days without resolution.
Damage or Loss in Transit
If your package arrives damaged or is lost contact us immediately at support@tassio.co with your order number, tracking information, and photos of the damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Holidays and Weather
Shipping may be delayed during national holidays, severe weather events, or unexpected carrier disruptions. We will notify you of significant delays via email.
